Kitchen Life 2 Working Group

Last updated: 16 November 2022

About

The working group continues to support the innovative, cross-cutting, and multi-disciplinary research project Kitchen Life 2 (KL2), which aims to better understand kitchen behaviours in domestic and commercial kitchens. All filming for the project is now complete and fieldwork is coming to an end. The group has reviewed key documents from the project and are contributing to a behavioural interventions workshop, which aims to develop effective, relevant, and realistic hypothesis for intervention utilising the behavioural insights captured during the study. Following this, the working group input into a handbook of interventions. Working group members are also supporting the scoping of additional analysis to explore sustainability behaviours.
